- The 24-hour window begins immediately after the order confirmation email is sent
- After 24 hours, orders typically enter processing or shipment and cannot be cancelled

Cancellation requests without the required information may be delayed.
Cancellation Request Review

Approval depends on whether the order has already been entered:
- Processing
- Packaging
- Shipment
Once an order enters any of these stages, cancellation is no longer possible.
Approved Cancellations

- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 Business days (Mon to Sat)
- Bank or card processing times may vary and are outside our control
Non-Cancellable Orders
