  • After 24 hours, orders typically enter processing or shipment and cannot be cancelled

Cancellation requests without the required information may be delayed.

Approval depends on whether the order has already been entered:

  • Processing
  • Packaging
  • Shipment

Once an order enters any of these stages, cancellation is no longer possible.

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • The order will be cancelled
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 Business days (Mon to Sat)
  • Bank or card processing times may vary and are outside our control

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • The order has entered processing or shipment
  • Tracking information has already been generated

In these cases, the order must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Failed or Late Cancellation Requests
